The trip itself went perfectly - not a complaint. The accommodations and food Frank selected were terrific, and he actually provided me with more than I was expecting. Both Frank and Claude were open and gave a lot of personal insight into Rwanda's sad recent history.

We did the Akagera 1-day trip. We were able to book and pay everything online. The pick-up was timely, the car was comfortable, clean and spacious and the best surprise was that it was only our group!
